Well some parts of the UK are getting it really bad at them moment with horrendous floods. Not so bad here. Went swimming this morning which was a good job as apparently the sports centre was flooded in the afternoon, or I should say the roads around it.
Went and watched the sea this afternoon the kids love watching the waves when it is stormy crashing over the wall and they were pretty big today. No training today and I'm not sure there will be any tomorrow unless the weather clears a bit.

We are getting some wind and rain too. Our first in all summer it seems. Bet that sea is gorgeous with the waves. Keep dry!
