Well it stopped raining for a while so after the ironing it was out. It was was muddy but I got my 10k done with no rain which was nice.
Headed down swimming with the kids in the afternoon so it was a good day to day. Needed to be though after yesterdays poor eating. Big Pizza and several drinks last night!!!
