Day 46: Weekly Accountability

Really quick post tonight as I have to go pack for my 4 day trip. Pictures have been sent to Adam. Will try to blog over the next 4 days but only if I can blag a connection somewhere, otherwise I will talk to everyone on Tuesday.

Gonna find a gym or just go running so will still be shredding hard.

Managed to get my workout in today despite work and everything else going on. Upper body weights. 15 reps x 3 sets of supersets. 6 exercises in total.

OK keep shredding everyone, cannot wait to check all the pics Sunday or Tuesday when I get back.

Until tomorrow or Tuesday....

Hey Andrew,
Hope you have a good trip and that you can manage to do some cardio without much of a problem. Am still so thrilled that can do my photos...no stopping me now. All I have to do is lose fast! Thanx again for all your help. Will be looking forward to see your new photos!

Hi Andrew,
Well done on getting to where you are now. I can see a number of similiraties between your goal of achieving 10% bf and my own goals. Your experiences are demonstrating that I also can achieve this level as I embark my journey through 20%. Last year I began at 30% but spent the year simply dieting in an non informed manner. Having read bffm last week im ready with my new knowlege and diet to blast through this last 10%. I thank you for the inspiration, Good luck with the last few percent.

Thanks, I am pleased with my progress over the break, may not have been the usual pace but I feel good and that is the whole point of this too, about feeling good about yourself. I will come see you soon.

Sorry mate, I know you posted the same comment about 5 times. As you may have guessed I have been away, hence your comment not being added. Thanks for dropping by, just popped over to your blog and you have a great achievment under your belt already, and I agree it is a spooky similarity both weight and BF% wise.

Start posting daily mate, honestly it does help and we will all come by and help. It just takes time and commitment, put in 110% eat clean and in 10 weeks you'll have lost another 4, 5 or maybe 6%. I think Tom recommended around .4% per week? I was 22% around 17 weeks ago and am now fluctuating around 13.5% currently. Keep going mate.
