Well today was a really lazy day, I spent most of it watching all the kids play together from my deck in the front garden. The sun was scorching the kids were happy.
It was a very restful rest day this week. Hoping to get out for a good run tomorrow hopefully before it gets too hot as it is supposed to be even hotter tomorrow than today.

Yes, it was 33 degrees (Celsius!) in hamburg today, better get your run in before it is getting too hot.
