Hi Andrew,
It´s raining very hard today in Madrid...do you have wonderful sun? No news yet from Adam, so you have time to get home. Have fun for all of us too! Dougal has now begun a Crusade with kms of walking and squats and lower-body exercises. Talk about a Giant!
