Well life is really getting me down at the moment with my Dad and other things that are going on. Had a nice time catching up with the boys today after missing them for a week whilst being away.
Have a few chores to do tomorrow and then hopefully will make some time for a nice long run to try and relax a bit.

Glad to have you back with us again, and have you safe after such a long trip. Did I mention that had my father-in-law with us for years. He was so easy, so nice, BUT isn´t easy really. Everything is different, and had to have him with me every minute of every day. No place to leave him, and couldn´t leave him alone. Saying that, we had such fun times too and wouldn´t change a minute. So glad you have the opportunity to be with your Dad. What you need to do is find some time for you...hope you can manage that run today. Sure is gray, rainish today in Madrid.
