Started the day with a nice swim with the boys and then lunch followed by High School Musical 3. I quite enjoyed it I must admit and they certainly did. No training today as per the above.

It's group shred time again! Can you feel the excitement in the air. Are you going to grab your red blobby thing and put it over your photos for us for old time sake? I can't find my swimsuit anywhere. My nephews and niece both love High School Musical. I'm sure they're going to see it soon. Glad to hear it's good.
Glad you enjoyed the time spent with your boys. Are they all boys...no girls? I only have 2 sons, and missed having a little girl. But life has been good. I was hoping you would be with us again on this Shred...will miss you and the smiley face. (bet you were smiling behind it too).

Hey Christy, your back, fantastic!!! Not this time I'm afraid. I did not think it right to join a shred whilst I am on holiday as I am not eating a healthily as I would normally and I am not getting in much training
Hey Lynda, yep 2 boys, no more that's definite!! It was a smiley for the first shred but then I came out (as they say). I am thinking of doing my own 8 week shred on my return from holls though leading up to Christmas. I will see though.
