Wow what a day, started really overcast and then the sun came out and it baked everything, it was a lovely day. A rest day today, mostly, despite a very brisk walk to the shops this morning, then football at the park with one of my sons followed by a trip to the beach which was real hot. So plenty of mild exercise today, lots of sun and plenty of fun...and more sun on it's way, maybe summer has finally reached the UK!!!

Heck Andrew...there you are in England with sun, and I´m here in Spain in the rain! Glad you are enjoying your life, kiddos, soccer and the beach. Can´t get much better than that. Am pushing VERY HARD for Lewis Hamilton to win tomorrow. Am such a fan of his, and hope all will be safe in the Gran Prix races. Take care.
