It was a great upper body session today, the first in a while and no doubt there will be a few aches tomorrow because of it but it's all good.
Body fat is going in the right direction also. I have dropped from 82.6kg to 82kg and lost 0.5% body fat which takes me down to 19.9%. Slow and steady this time round and I know that I will get there if I keep training 5 days a week and keep eating clean.
Until tomorrow...

Great stuff Andrew! According to my last stats, we are at approx the same bodyfat.
Keep lifting those weights man!
I agree with Mike. Keep lifting and your bodyfat will go down.
Great to see that all´s going the way you want and you´re having success. We really did miss you when you went missing there for awhile. So glad you´re back and with us. Always learn a lot from you.
Lynda
Upper body training is a great wayt to get the body fat down. I just joined a 100 push-up challenge, and I can definitely feel it in my arms and shoulders.......:)
Hey Mike, maybe for BF but I think you are and always will have much more muscle mass than me, I'll keep lifting though.
Hey Debbie, thanks I will and the running will certainly help too.
Hi Lynda, That seems like such a long time ago now, and I guess it was now 60 days strong!!
