Day 117: A Great End to the Week

After some really bad weather this week we finished with a great day. There were lots of people on the beach as I ran along today. Managed to pull out another 10k today which was great. Legs can have a day off tomorrow as it is my rest day but have made great progress the first week back into it and the week off certainly made a difference. The time wasn't quite up there with yesterdays but it was still just over the 50 minute mark by only a few seconds so not bad.

Looking forward to a nice relaxing day tomorrow and then hopefully sneak in a run on Sunday.

Wishing everyone a great weekend.

Until tomorrow...

Any beach sounds great right now! Are you running in the sand?

Yes, Andrew, tell us where you run...on the wet sand of the beach? Down a country road thru hedgerows? Past cows and pigs? I always have a vision of you running thru an Old England countryside...am I close? Have a good weekend too!

Howdy Andrew! I'm not sure about this but I think Lynda might want to know about where you run. Lol. Can I lol myself? Did I already ask you that? I'm glad to hear you took a break. Me, too. Did you see I left the Council to run free like you? I'm so excited to finally have Internet at my new apartment. I live right near Universal Studios. I walked there yesterday UPHILL. I can't even imagine RUNNING on the beach. But one day soon. We'll race. But I get a headstart. :)

Hi Lynda / Debbie / Christy,

I run along the path next to the beach for most of the first part of my run, for about 300 mtres I run along the stones on the beach and then the rest is through woods, fields and along the pavements on the outskirts of town. Pics are coming soon!!

Wow, Chirsty that sounds amazing to be that close to Universal Studies, I'm jealous!!

Take care,

Andrew
