As today's title suggests nothing much to say today. Miserable day weather wise, no training due to Bank Holiday in the UK. Kids played with their friends running in and out of each others houses so they had a great day. Back to work tomorrow but to the office so unlikely there will be any running either but back to it Wednesday.

Sounds like a good day to have a pint and sit and read a book. Hate to tell you, but Madrid has the bluest skies, no clouds at all, and 32ºC today. Will send you some rays!
