Not mine my Wife's as usual for a Sunday so again steered clear of going for a run. Managed to get a way for a swim with my eldest so it was a lot more active than when I take the 2 of them as we are restricted as to what we can do when the youngest is there.
Another lovely day though and will get down to some weights on Monday.

Nice to see you had a good Sunday. Had some PC problems due to a lightening stike close by that zonked out things, but we did get them back working. Hope you´ll have a good week coming up and can do some of the things you like best. Sure is gray and rainy today in Madrid....you too?
